VIDEO: Brand new Prison completed in Lashkar Gar, Helmand Province, Afghanistan

The British civilian contingent in Helmand has just completed a major project to rebuild the prison. It's only the second province in the country to tackle the dilapidated prison system part of a wider plan to revamp the whole justice process.
