VIDEO: Afghanistans first course for female army officers

Thirty Afghan females are being put through their paces at the country's first ever course for female army officers.

  1. Given the conditions for women over there, these individuals are amazing.

  2. Interesting blog and I suppose a start; however, long term, cultural issues may be their biggest problem in terms of men/women working together for this to fully succeed.

On the other hand, if women are joining the ANA/ANP, it may encourage more men to do so or, an ALL female army - it could well work. Good Luck

  3. Wonderful women!
I wish all of them the very best of luck!
