    Interesting blog and I suppose a start; however, long term, cultural issues may be their biggest problem in terms of men/women working together for this to fully succeed.

    On the other hand, if women are joining the ANA/ANP, it may encourage more men to do so or, an ALL female army - it could well work. Good Luck
